On the Horizon

I can hardly believe we’re ringing in another new year!

Just one year ago we were in blistery, wintery northern Quebec, half-buried in the snow!

This year has seen the edit of one of the novels I wrote last year, and the writing of its sequel. It still hasn’t seen the publication of any of my writing, though not for lack of trying.

This year saw the selling of our house and carried us across an ocean to meet new people, see new (old) places, and provided a wealth of experiences Canada could never have provided.

It’s been a mind-blowing roller-coaster these past twelve months. And even though nothing turned out the way we expected, it’s all been worthwhile.

Perhaps the coming year will finally see my first sale or book release! Fingers crossed!

Blog resumes Monday!

Here’s wishing you a year of publication! Never give up! Never, never, never give up! After all, editors’ decisions are all subjective; there’s one out there who will LOVE your stories! :)
