Security Projects Security Projects A portfolio of presentations and reports I have prepared while studying the security field. Security Policy A security policy for a hypothetical company including best practices for network setup and access, preventative measures and enforcement policy. Written for a class project in my last year at Seneca College. Threat Risk Analysis Performed on a hypothetical network, this Threat Risk Analysis includes both a report of findings and a presentation for the hypothetical company's leadership. The report outlines the threats presented by the hardware, software and services used by the company and details information on steps which can be taken to ensure the security of the network both in the present and the future. The presentation outlines these details quickly and succinctly. Written for a class project in my last year at Seneca College. Securing Apache and SQL Written for a class project in my last year at Seneca College, this presentation includes information on installing Apache and SQL and keeping them secure. It contrasts an insecure installation with an installation which has been made more secure. Security tools such as Nikto were used in order to display the difference between a vanilla install and one which has taken steps to ensure security. It also provides examples of SQL injection and how it can be prevented.
