The Paradox Syndrome

The Paradox Syndrome

I first launched my newsletter a year and a half ago. At the time, I didn’t have a lot to offer my subscribers, aside from a free copy of my first book. I have tried to thank them in several other ways, via giveaways and a steady stream of book deals I have found throughout my internet travels. But it has never quite felt like enough. At last, I feel like I can give back to them for all their support.

I’ve hinted at the possibility this was coming as far back as January (though I’ve actually been working on it since last April). And now I present to you:

Do you know how to solve a paradox loop? Are you taking notes?

Iris awakens to the blighted landscape of the future skeptical, until she walks the barren wastes for herself. People are dying, and so is the planet. And as the only biologist remaining, it’s up to her to save them.

But how did she get here? Her mysterious patron Athyrr’s explanation about cryogenic sleep and a genetic experiment gone horribly wrong just doesn’t add up. She certainly isn’t prepared to stare down the dark tunnel of the truth.

What would you do if you were confronted with the darkest part of yourself? Could you lay your greatest desires to rest?

Be careful not to contract The Paradox Syndrome!

The Paradox Syndrome is a stand-alone sci-fi novella (roughly 13,000 words). I wrote it as a thank you to all the people who signed up for my newsletter last year. Thanks for sticking with me – without devoted fans like you, I wouldn’t be able to do the things I do! If you’re already signed up for my newsletter – check your email! You should already have a download link waiting for you!

If you haven’t already subscribed to my newsletter, you can pick up your free copy of The Paradox Syndrome by subscribing!

As a special bonus, anyone who subscribes to my newsletter during the month of March will also receive a free copy of Island of Lost Forevers. After the month of March, new subscribers won’t have access to the old download incentive, so don’t miss your chance!

Thanks again, everyone! I can’t wait to share more of my work with you in the future! I’m going to be away next week visiting a friend, so the blog won’t update until I return. However, be sure to check back in two weeks because I’ll be reviewing some awesome tea and coffee!
